and may be closed during the day so best ring if visiting outside 
evening hours (01650 511335). Bottled beer only which tells you a lot!

no negative votes from committee members in the next 6 months).

The hours are some of the most restricted we know of – Thurs and Sat 
evenings from about 7pm, and Sun from 12 to 3. 01558 668276. Bottled 
beer only. Unaltered room from when built in 1909.

Nook, Liverpool, Merseyside (subject to confirmation that the interior 
fittings have been renewed as has been reported: yet oddly the same 
layout is said to exist).

ALBION, CONWY. Russ Durbridge reports that this multi-room, c.1930 pub 
in the centre of Conwy is up and running again. Plans have been lodged 
with the local authority for alterations to the outbuildings but, 
apparently, no changes are proposed for the pub proper.
