Britain’s Real Heritage Pubs - the 'Definitive List' - February 2012
These pubs are taken from the National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors, CAMRA’s pioneering effort to identify and help protect the most important historic pub interiors in the country. It has been part of the Campaign’s mission for the past 35 years to not only save real ale but also Britain’s rich heritage of pubs.
Britain’s Real Heritage Pubs - Part One
Part One of the National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors emphasises intactness. It lists pubs whose interiors have remained largely unaltered since before World War Two and also fully-intact post-war interiors completed before 1977 (either as part of purpose-built pubs or as exemplary refurbishment schemes).
